Hey Sarah, when's your next video drop?
This is sooo beautiful. The ajisai season is so under rated 😍 i want that umbrella!
👍
甘いものが苦手なので、2番目が一番口に合いそうだと思います。スタバもよく行くのでそっちもいいかと思っていたけど、一番身体に悪そう(笑)
🤖🤝🇯🇵
And I would still like to book a tour with you as well also!! I’ll be sure to find out more on the website you have!! 🫶🫶🫶
Appreciate more helpful info from you about Japan again Sarah!! Hopefully soon I’ll be here and maybe you can help me out more as a great tour guide!! I would like that very much!! 😊😊😊
How do you get around in Hakodate?? Taxis? Bus??
Where did you stay in Hakodate??? I’m taking my family this august
Thank you for this wonderful map! I will absolutely use this! Will you update it every year? I Plan to visit Japan, but wonder if I should buy access for a later version. ❤
When me a Mexican-American watch this video I know a little bit of Spanish but I'm starting to learn a lot takes time Cuando mexico americano y yo miramos este video un poco de español pero estoy empezando un poco mucho tómate un tiempo p
Why do videos always say this is the largest, but when googling, its not even in the top 5
Hi there! hello , I love your videos and was wondering if you'd be interested in collaborating. I think it would be awesome for us to work on something together. Plus, you can promote your social media to my viewers as well. Let me know what you think! thank you
Exactly my experience with Yatai. They seem like tourist traps for Koreans.
I consider myself lucky to live in Bangkok where i get high quality khao pad freshly cooked and delivered for cheap
So amazing Sarah :) Omedetou!
Thank you! 😃
love that mt fuji view from your hotel! but what an odd entrance room layout of the hotel room 😂
As always a great vlog Sarah
Glad you enjoyed it!
For Okinawan food: have you been to Uminchushubou in Sunshine City? How does it compare to haibana?
No I haven't!
Thanks Sarah for recommending Sushi Itsumi. On my next visit to Japan, I’m staying at The B Akasaka. The proximity will be an easy dinner choice after arriving in Tokyo in late afternoon.
Oh that's great! Make sure to make a reservation!
great video thank you have a wonderful week
Thank you! You too 😊
Thank you for this wonderful and informative video!
Glad it was helpful! 🤤
Ehhh…this is not very informative and it’s more of a paid ad than anything else…this is the new business model???
Firstly, none of these restaurants are sponsored, nor have they ever sponsored me in the past. These are all places I personally visited and enjoyed. Secondly, if something is sponsored, it must be disclosed clearly by law. Even without the law, I would always disclose any sponsored or gifted content because I believe in being transparent with my audience. But thanks for stopping by!
Great happy face!!! Thanks for your video
I would be curious to look up all 5 of them personally, but if I am to narrow down to the ones that grabbed my attention the most, it would be number 1 and 5. Personal picks are a bit difficult for me, but I suppose one good example would be the izakaya in Shibuya, I think it's called "Tengu". It is located at the corner of a crossing almost next to the area where railway bridge is (too difficult to explain, but I believe its next/ close to Resona Bank? Somewhere in that building basically). always grab a sizzling steak, grilled squid, assorted sashimi, shark cartilage, edamame, lightly pickled cucumbers and various dried fish snacks + corn tea, flavoured sour or beer (Sapporo classic usually). EDIT: and Bear Papa's in Akihabara under that railway bridge, I am CRAZY about that place XD
I need to check out Tengu! That sounds amazing! Do you mean Beard Papa - the cream puff pastry place? I LOVE that place too 😆 It's always so tempting when you walk pass that place because of the smell 😂
@@TokyoFoodieSarah Yes, the cream puff shop! I even noticed they expanded flavours during my second trip in May compared to the previous one in Oct when they only had custard. Now they also have matcha and strawberry! Though the pastry/ bread itself slightly changed too. In Oct I think they had a puff with fried pumpkin bits on top of it, but in May they introduced a matcha bread.
❤❤
🤤
@@TokyoFoodieSarah 😄✌️🤤
The restaurant I’m most interested in is the Okinawan one: Haibana. The food is similar but slightly different from the main islands of Japan. It’s definitely a hidden gem foreigners wouldn’t seek out without a recommendation. As for my memorable meal in Japan it was at a Sushi-ya in Tsukiji outer market: Shutoku Ganso (秀徳元祖). It was a random place I stumbled across without any research in a little alley. The chef was very friendly and I got a few extra pieces outside the omakase menu which was very nice of him.
I love Okinawan food especially Okinawa soba. I always have it at the end of the meal (like ramen). I haven't been to Shutoku Ganso, but I've recently been to Shutoku Megumi! I think they're both run by the same group! I booked it in advance, and it was very nice. I wish I got extra pieces too... haha
It all looks delicious! :D
Yeeesssss 🤤
Thanks for the recommendations, Sarah! I'm definitely interested in Sushi Itsumi the most. I've been looking to try omakase sushi for the first time on my next trip, so this really helps! 😊
Oh if you're looking for an omakase sushi experience in Tokyo, I would definitely recommend Sushi Itsumi!! 🍣
Sarah
I love your channel soooo much. Do you think you could do another sushi buffet again, i loved it soooo much!
Thank you so much! I recently posted an AYCE sushi content on my Instagram so do check it out! 🙌 instagram.com/p/C8J7IuAy7nR/
Hello everyone! I hope that you’re having a nice weekend! Which restaurant interested you the most?? Do let me know 😊 Check out my Shun Tours website for the shareable map!! www.shuntours.com/product-page/tokyo-foodie-map-2024-your-ultimate-culinary-guide
I can't get enough of bitter melons. I couldn't stand it when I was young but, now I grow them every year and freeze enough for a year's supply
🤖🍻🇯🇵
This was fun and very helpful from you like always again!! Can’t wait for the next in Japan with you guys!! 🫶🫶🫶
Fun video of you and your friends at Disney Sarah!! You all look very lovely and nice also!! 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Sarah! I watch some UA-cam channels about the Disney parks, and they've been saying lately that traditional Disney fans are more attracted to the Tokyo Disneyland than the American parks, because the Tokyo park is better run and has the experiences the traditional fans want. So, maybe you can develop travel packages that combine a Tokyo Disney experience with other experiences in Tokyo. Just a thought! I'lll try to elaborate if you need more information.
Is the ocean water warm or cold?
How's the ocean water is it warm or cold?
If there is no limit on uni, then I'll have 50 orders of that only.
are children allowed here?
Old video, but I married a Japanese lady back in 94 and she showed me how she liked her egg fried rice. She liked it when I cooked the eggs after I put the rice in the pan instead of pre-cooking the eggs. Other than that well and I hated peas so no peas but other than those things what she asked me to cook was pretty much this.
Tokyo Bay Princess Shiomi is a great hotel. I like the public bath. Booked there again for my next trip next year.
Hello is November a good time to visit? I want to swim! Love the video ❤
How do you make a reservation? I want to eat here so badly!!!
I remembered seeing a pretty ryokan only accessible by boat in Arashiyama River, Kyoto more than a decade ago. Google maps it and found it was Hoshino Resorts. In that decade + years, the number of hotels has more than tripled, Japan tourism has truly escalated. For everyone thinking of thinking of taking the train to see the lavender, do take note of the last train. Farm Tomita station, where the lavender fields are, is only open during summer and closes earlier than the other stations (before the farm closing time). Don't miss the last train or you'll have to walk an hour to the next one! Yes, stations in Hokkaido are far apart.
Sarah you are so relaxed now that you are no longer a salary woman Great vlog as always
That tour guide asking for a better reaction was a mood 😅 I’m loving the collaboration videos lately.
He was soooo funny 🤣 I couldn’t catch his funniest moments though 🥺 It’s so much fun filming these Collab videos! I’m glad you like them too! 🤩
